  • We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected or as required by law.
  • Data collected for KYC compliance is stored securely for a minimum of five (5) years as mandated by AMLC guidelines.
  • Upon expiration of the retention period, data will be disposed of through secure and irreversible means to prevent unauthorized access.
