Comprehensive return and refund policy:

1. Return and Refunds are subject for careful consideration and shall be deem conditional. We reserve the right to accept refund, if the client is able to find within 30 days another business opportunity that superior to Expresspay Incorporation in term of our load and remittance offering.
2. In case of approved refunds, refunds shall be made via the original payment method and to the person who made the original payment.
3.  Cash on Delivery transactions, refunds may be made via bank transfer or credit into the individual’s bank account provided that complete and accurate bank account details are provided.
4. We offer no guarantee of any nature for the timeliness of the refunds reaching your account. Processing of payment may take time and is subject to the respective bank/s and/or payment provider internal processing timeline.
